Doug Noble, the chief operating officer of The Communities at Golden Pond assisted living facility in Hopkinton, has stepped into the role of executive director as part of a facility “reboot.” Noble took over earlier this month.The change follows a compliance review last January by the state’s Executive Office of Aging & Independence, which found the facility “not in substantial compliance” with state regulations. Issues included medication mismanagement and delayed emergency responses. Noble has been working to improve operations focusing on employment decisions and dietary services.
