MILFORD – Milford’s School Building Committee has settled on a design for a massive rebuild of Milford High School.

Following a community feedback session earlier this month, the Committee decided to keep and renovate the F-Wing, including the pool, while demolishing and rebuilding the rest of the school. The total project is estimated at about $535 million, with the Town responsible for roughly $219 million. The project is still in the eligibility phase of the state process, but officials hope to begin construction in 2028 and have students in the new building by 2030.

The plan also includes dedicated space for Chapter 74 vocational programs, with at least 10 different vocational pathways.
