BLACKSTONE – Blackstone Parks and Recreation is getting ready for its 2026 Town-Wide Yard Sale, giving residents a chance to sell their unwanted items while shoppers search for bargains and hidden treasures throughout the community.
The Town-Wide Yard Sale will take place Saturday, September 19th and Sunday, September 20th, from 8 AM to 1 PM Participants can choose to hold a yard sale for one or both days. Registration is required for sellers who want their location included on the official Town-Wide Yard Sale list.
New this year is “Junk in the Trunk” at Roosevelt Park. Residents who are unable to host a sale at their homes can set up at the park and sell items directly from their vehicles, similar to the setup of a traditional trunk-or-treat event.
The weekend will also include a clothing drive, with a location available for residents to drop off textiles. The Friends of the Blackstone Public Library will also offer pickups on both days.
Organizers are encouraging residents to participate as sellers or spend the weekend shopping throughout Blackstone and supporting the community.
