By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – More affordable housing is reportedly getting closer for Westborough’s Lyman Street. The Community Advocate reports the Westborough Affordable Housing Trust is negotiating with developer Colangelo for a subsidy that would have Colangelo put up 132 units of which 33 would be affordable units. Officials say the preference for the affordable units would be given to residents with one or more residents working for the town or for a business in the town, or with a member on active duty in the U.S. military or a veteran.
