Millis Tragedy Confirmed as Domestic Murder-Suicide

By MyFM’s Marissa Santos – Authorities have confirmed that the deaths of two individuals discovered on a dirt road off Rte. 115 in Millis were the result of a domestic murder-suicide. Michael Fischella, 32, fatally shot his partner, Tanaia Wilkinson, 25, before taking his own life. While awaiting the final autopsy report, Wilkinson’s cause of death is classified as a homicide, while Fischella’s death is determined to be a suicide. The couple, recently relocated to Millis, was found by a town worker on Sunday morning. No threat to the public is reported, and authorities believe no one else was involved. A GoFundMe has been initiated to support Wilkinson’s mother with funeral expenses.
