Medway Police Issue Warning After Car Break-Ins in Pond Street Area

By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – Medway police are warning about some recent car break-ins in the area of Pond Street and Maple Street. They say a good citizen turned in some wallets found on the side of the road and they found personal belongings found along a path behind the Medway Shopping Plaza. Police say upon returning the wallets, they learned that the owners had left them in their unlocked vehicles overnight. They remind you that people that steal from cars often target unlocked vehicles because they can do it quickly and quietly.
