By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – Plans for Hopkinton’s new elementary school are reportedly coming in under budget so far. Charleswood School, which has been otherwise known as the “Elmwood Replacement” is currently coming in at cost of around $123.5 million, which the Hopkinton Independent reports is about $1.4 million less than what was presented at Special Town Meeting last fall. At a meeting this week, they continued discussing the traffic plan with the streets and sidewalks as well as crossing guards and traffic signals.
