HOLLISTON – A Holliston man is facing a federal charge for allegedly sexually exploiting a minor.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office says Wilson Fabian Granda is charged with one count of sexual exploitation of children stemming from an alleged incident in 2023. Investigators allege Granda coerced a child into engaging in sexually explicit conduct.
Granda has a prior rape conviction and is currently serving a four-year prison sentence that began in 2024. If convicted of the federal charge, he could face up to 30 additional years in prison.
