MEDWAY – A man who police say nearly struck a school transport van in Millis has been charged with second offense OUI.
Medway Police Chief William Kingsbury says Gregory Shea was arrested outside the Shaw’s supermarket after a driver reported his alleged erratic driving and a near miss involving the school vehicle.
Medway officers say they found Shea’s vehicle parked in the middle of a travel lane in the store’s parking lot, with the driver’s door open and Shea sitting in the driver’s seat.
