HOPKINTON – Hopkinton’s Permanent Building Committee has selected Vertex as the owner’s project manager for the redevelopment of the historic Center School building.
The project will preserve the building’s 1928 exterior while transforming the interior into a new home for the town’s Parks & Recreation Department, Youth & Family Services, and the Hopkinton Center for the Arts.
Vertex has managed several high-profile projects in the region, including the Charleswood School project, which was completed significantly under budget.
