FOXBORO, MASS. — While many visitors associate Foxboro with Gillette Stadium and Patriot Place, another local destination has been helping families create memories for generations. Nestled on 100 acres of scenic property, Normandy Farms Campground continues to serve as one of the region’s premier recreation destinations.

During a recent appearance on The Zone on MyFM 101.3, Human Resources Manager, Marcia Galvin, described Normandy Farms as much more than a traditional campground.

“Really, it’s just a place for people to come and vacation,” Galvin said. “We’ve got all kinds of amenities and things for guests to do.”

Those amenities include four swimming pools, an indoor heated pool, pickleball and basketball courts, tennis, volleyball, an 18-hole disc golf course, a stocked catch-and-release fishing pond, playgrounds, a splash pad, dog park, fitness center, wellness center, and a 20,000-square-foot recreation lodge. The campground also recently expanded its equestrian offerings with trail rides and pony rides.

Galvin said Normandy Farms’ mission extends beyond recreation. As a family-owned property dating back to 1759, the campground has welcomed generations of visitors while maintaining a strong focus on family connection.

“In today’s world, everyone’s lifestyle is so busy,” Galvin said. “It’s important to come and disconnect, reconnect with nature, reconnect with your family, and make memories you’ll have forever.”

Now operated by descendants of the family that first purchased the land more than 260 years ago, Normandy Farms remains a unique blend of history, recreation, and community in the heart of Foxboro.
