Blackstone officials reviewed the home business license for ZJ’s Home Improvements but did not approve it. The owner, Zachary Tremblay, withdrew his application after the town found several zoning violations and complaints from neighbors. Some residents said the business caused problems and did poor work. Tremblay says he is working to fix the issues and will apply again once everything is in order. For now, ZJ’s Home Improvements cannot operate as a licensed home business in Blackstone.
