Payton Smith’s five RBIs powered the Beavers offense in the first game, handing Northbridge its sixth loss. But the Rams answered emphatically against the Chargers, scoring in every inning of the five-frame contest. Isabelle Stanley stole the spotlight with a grand slam and a two-run homer, seven RBIs in total, fueling Northbridge’s offensive explosion. Contributions came from across the lineup, as multiple Rams drove in runs and swiped bases. The pitching staff and defense complemented the offense by yielding zero runs.
