By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – Boston Scientific has gobbled up yet another California Med Tech company. Boston Scientific says they’ve entered into an agreement to acquire Bolt Medical for which they already have an equity stake of 26%. The Worcester Business Journal reports Bolt Medical makes a laser-based systems to treat artery diseases. The total purchase will be around $664 million. Boston Scientific bought two other California device companies in November.
