By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – Dean College is once again fielding its own police force. A Dean spokesperson tells the Franklin Observer that this Fall they stopped using an outsourced security service to bolster their force and created a fully internal team so that they could ensure continuity and build better relationships between the students and police officers. She says the Dean College Campus Police and Safety teams work closely with the Franklin Police Department and remain in regular contact with them.
