Town Meeting voters in Westborough will be asked about zoning changes for the downtown business district. The Director of Planning told the Select Board at their last meeting the Planning Board has voted to endorse the changes that are designed to “promote a vibrant mixed-use, walkable” downtown. The Community Advocate reports the proposed changes would simplify the bylaws for “clarity, consistency, and predictability” in order to encourage investment and small business growth.
