By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – We’re getting a better picture of what property taxes could look like for Westborough in the coming year. The Town released the proposed budget for the 2026 fiscal year last week and it shows an estimated tax increase for the average single-family home of $990. The Community Advocate reports it’s because of an overall increase in property values with low supply and high demand for homes. With the tax rate set at $16.60 per $1000, the average single-family tax bill is estimated to go up from $12,313 to $13,304.
