HOPEDALE – As temperatures begin to drop, the Pathway to a Better Life Warming Shelter is preparing to provide a warm and safe place to sleep for people experiencing homelessness, and they are looking for volunteers.
The shelter offers flexible scheduling, allowing volunteers to choose the nights and shifts that work best for them. Organizers say whether you volunteer once or several times, every helping hand makes a difference. The first volunteer training session is this morning, with additional sessions planned in the coming weeks. More information is available through Hopedale Police social media.
