By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – Several area roads remain closed due to flooding, downed trees and storm damage and several homes and businesses across the region are still without power as clear skies return to the area today. National Grid said as of last night they had restored power to more than 127,000 customers since Sunday night with the peak of the storm Monday having 200,000 in the dark. They have extra crews here from other states and Canada. They remind you not to touch any downed power lines yourself – assume they are live.
