Steady Activity in Norfolk County Housing Market Despite Challenges

The Norfolk County housing market has been relatively steady. Register of Deeds William P. O’Donnell says despite the challenges of limited inventory and higher interest rates, the Norfolk County housing market has managed to maintain steady activity. He says there was a slight dip in the number of recordings but the housing market does show a steady demand from buyers and stable property values. He says recordings went up a touch from October but are overall down a touch from November 2022.
