NORFOLK COUNTY – Real estate activity across Norfolk County is showing continued strength and stability as the region moves through 2026.
Norfolk County Register of Deeds William P. O’Donnell says document recordings, property sales and mortgage activity were up 3% in July compared with July 2025. O’Donnell called the numbers encouraging, particularly as buyers continue to deal with elevated mortgage rates and housing affordability challenges.
O’Donnell also pointed to data from Redfin showing that homes in Norfolk County are selling significantly faster than the national average, another indication that demand for property in the county remains strong despite challenges facing prospective homebuyers.
