Public Opinions Sought for Potential SNETT Upgrades

The Department of Conservation and Recreation has prepared draft Resource Management Plans for several locations inside what they call the Blackstone Complex including the Southern New England Trunkline Trail. DCR wants to know what you think with a public comment portal they have created.
