By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is investigating Wednesday’s fatal accident in Westborough in which a fully loaded semi-trailer collapsed on top of a man working underneath it. Westborough Police and Firefighters responded to the scene at 4400 Computer Drive. They say the employee was working on the landing gear for the 53-foot trailer that was loaded with nearly 90,000 pounds of bottled water. Rescue crews worked to try and lift the trailer but after an hour the worker was pronounced dead.
