By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – There’s been some positive movement in local real estate this year over last year. Norfolk County Register of Deeds William P. O’Donnell says Norfolk County recordings for both commercial and residential properties in the month of November was up 5% from November 2023. He says in the past five months, recordings have shown a sustained increase in the overall number of deeds recorded year over year.
