MENDON – Mendon property owners are going through another town-wide property revaluation.

The Board of Assessors is conducting the state-required five-year revaluation of all property, a process that takes roughly a year. Officials have preliminarily approved new property values, which still need final certification from the Massachusetts Department of Revenue.

Residents and businesses will have an opportunity to review the preliminary numbers during the public review period from October 5th through October 13th. More information is available through the Mendon town website or the Assessor’s Office.
