By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – Real Estate is moving a little more in Norfolk County. Register of Deeds William O’Donnell says documents recorded for sales, transfer and loans in August were up 14% more than in August 2023. And he says home sales specifically from last month were up about 20% from the same time last year. O’Donnell says they also closely monitor foreclosures and this August saw 10 foreclosure deeds, up from 7 in August 2023 but there were also 34 notices to foreclose which is the first step toward foreclosure.
