FRANKLIN – Franklin, Wrentham, and Uxbridge are among 29 communities newly eligible for the state’s Housing Choice Grant Program, giving them access to funding aimed at expanding housing opportunities. Officials say the list includes towns recognized under a new rural and small-town designation.
The grants are designed to help communities create more homes, reduce housing costs, and make it easier for residents to stay in their towns. Eligible communities are already producing housing and adopting policies that support growth and affordability programs.
