Hopkinton Select Board Interviews Candidates for New Fire Chief

By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – The Hopkinton Select Board is getting ready to hire a new Fire Chief. They have been searching for a Chief since last spring when former Chief William Miller took over the Bellingham Fire Dept. Hop News Reports on Tuesday the Select Board will interview two candidates including Acting Fire Chief, Deputy Gary Daugherty, Jr. and John Ignatowitz, who is the Acting Fire Chief in Pelham, New Hampshire. The Select Board reportedly may appoint one of the candidates by the end of the meeting.
