By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – Progress on Franklin’s Beaver Street Interceptor Upgrade has Old West Central back open to two-way traffic between Route 140 and Pond Street. The dead-end section of Old West Central serving Ledgewood Condominiums and Franklin Crossing will continue to be closed at Tri-County Drive.
