MILFORD – A 19-year-old Milford man is being held without bail ahead of his arraignment Tuesday following a stabbing Sunday night on Hayward Street that left an 18-year-old with life-threatening injuries.
Milford Police say responding officers found blood on the pavement before locating Edwyn Sanchez, who allegedly had blood on his arms and legs.
Following an investigation involving Milford Police and Massachusetts State Police detectives, Sanchez was arrested and charged with attempted murder, assault with a dangerous weapon and several additional offenses.
The 18-year-old victim was flown to a hospital for treatment of injuries police described as life-threatening. Sanchez is expected to be arraigned Tuesday.
