By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – Firefighters from Franklin and Mendon were among several departments that responded to a massive fire in Woonsocket Monday morning. Investigators are still looking into what started the fire around 1am that ultimately destroyed the 120-year-old mill which was about 200,000 square feet in size. The complex was mostly vacant and no one was hurt. Investigators say due it’s time as a chemical plant there may have been several types of chemicals stored there. The old mill was up for sale for around $2.7 million.
