UXBRIDGE, MASS. — Golfers and community members will have the opportunity to support a longstanding Uxbridge tradition this summer as the UHS Class of 2027 Parents for Safe Graduation prepares to host its 20th Annual Golf Tournament on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at Blissful Meadows Golf Club in Uxbridge.
The annual fundraiser helps support the Parents for Safe Graduation program, which works to provide Uxbridge High School seniors with a safe, supervised, and memorable graduation celebration. Over the years, the tournament has become one of the organization’s signature fundraising events, bringing together local businesses, families, alumni, and golf enthusiasts for a day on the course while raising money for an important cause.
As an Uxbridge High School graduate myself, the Parents for Safe Graduation is a remarkable organization that made my graduation in 2019 an unforgettable experience.
The event will feature a four-person scramble format, with registration beginning at 8:00 a.m. and a 9:00 a.m. shotgun start. Following the tournament, participants will gather for dinner and awards beginning at 2:30 p.m.
Entry fees are $160 per player or $640 per foursome, which includes green fees, a golf cart, and meals throughout the day, including a light breakfast, lunch, and heavy appetizers after play concludes.
In addition to tournament play, organizers have planned a variety of activities including special player contests, raffles, an auction, and prizes for the top-performing teams. Sponsorship opportunities are also available for local businesses looking to support the event and the Safe Graduation program.
As the tournament celebrates its 20th year, organizers are encouraging golfers of all skill levels to participate while helping ensure future Uxbridge graduates have access to a safe and enjoyable graduation-night experience.
Registration is currently open, and interested players, sponsors, and supporters are encouraged to secure their spots early for what promises to be another successful community event at one of the region’s premier golf courses.
