The MetroWest YMCA is helping community members work toward their fitness goals this fall with its 10-week Weigh to Change program.
The program, running from Oct. 5 through Dec. 19, combines fitness, nutrition and group support to provide participants with a structured approach to improving their health and wellness.
Over the 10 weeks, participants will have access to group support, personal training, nutrition guidance and running opportunities. The program is designed to provide both accountability and encouragement as participants work toward their individual goals.
As part of the program, participants will take part in 20 fitness classes, receive two nutrition consultations and complete two InBody scans to help track their progress throughout the program.
The combination of exercise, nutrition education and personalized support gives participants multiple tools to build healthier habits that can continue beyond the 10-week program.
With a focus on community and consistency, Weigh to Change offers participants an opportunity to stay motivated while working toward healthier lifestyles alongside others with similar goals.
The MetroWest YMCA’s program runs through Dec. 19, giving participants 10 weeks of support and resources as they work to make lasting changes.
