HOPKINTON – Hopkinton’s Special Town Meeting is tonight at 7 PM in the Middle School Auditorium. Nineteen of the 26 articles on the warrant come from citizen petitions.
The proposals include questions about whether private property should receive public services such as snow removal, how and when Town Meetings are conducted, how police chiefs are selected, term limits for elected officials, transparency of Town departments and documents, and periodic reviews of zoning bylaws and maps.
