MILFORD/MEDWAY – A murder charge has been filed against a Milford man accused of beating a Medway man to death during a fight in May.
John Bonnell pleaded not guilty last week when he was arraigned on the upgraded charge in the death of Michael Albro at the Birmingham Court Apartments. Bonnell was initially charged with assault with intent to murder.
Following the arraignment, a judge ordered Bonnell to remain held without bail. He has been in custody since his arrest in May and is due back in court in November.
