HOPEDALE – The Hopedale Police Department is collecting new LEGO sets to help bring smiles to children battling cancer as part of an upcoming charitable event.

Community members who would like to donate can drop off new LEGO sets at the Hopedale Police Department (70 Hopedale St.) or the Hopedale Fire Department (40 Dutcher St.) through Saturday, August 8th. Police say they will personally deliver all donations to the event.

The fundraiser is a VFW and U.S. Marine Corps-sanctioned event supporting children undergoing cancer treatment. Organizers say every LEGO set—whether big or small—can make a meaningful difference in a child’s day.

Residents are encouraged to donate before the deadline and help bring joy to children and families facing one of life’s toughest challenges.
