NORFOLK COUNTY – Real estate activity continued to strengthen across Norfolk County in June, according to the Registry of Deeds.

Register of Deeds William P. O’Donnell reported that property recordings increased 7 percent compared to June 2025 and were up 19 percent from May, calling the numbers an encouraging sign as the summer homebuying season continues.

While activity increased, prices eased. The average sale price for residential and commercial properties was approximately $981,000, down 15 percent from a year ago and 18 percent from the previous month.
