WESTBOROUGH – The former BJ’s Wholesale Club headquarters property on Research Drive is once again available for development after plans for a large life-sciences campus failed to move forward. Lots 25 and 29 Research Drive had been purchased by an affiliate of a California-based investment firm that proposed demolishing the existing buildings and replacing them with four new commercial structures.
With those plans no longer advancing, the property is back on the market. The site remains zoned for commercial and industrial use, making it a potentially attractive location for future business development.
