HOPKINTON – Hopkinton officials are inviting residents to help select the town’s next police chief following Chief Joseph Bennett’s announced retirement at the end of June. The town is now accepting applications for six Members-at-Large positions on the Police Chief Screening Committee.
While a consultant has been hired to assist with the search, committee members will participate in confidential interviews and the initial screening of candidates. The deadline to apply is May 29.
