GRAFTON – Grafton residents will be asked to consider a $5 million tax override at the upcoming Town Meeting and Town Election as officials work to address ongoing budget concerns. The Select Board says the town is facing a deficit not only this year, but in future years as well.
According to the Community Advocate, town leaders outlined their plans in a letter to residents, including the creation of a Financial Review Committee to study town and school spending trends and long-term cost drivers.
