MENDON – Henry P. Clough Elementary School Principal Liz Garden has been named the 2026 Massachusetts Elementary School Principal of the Year by the Massachusetts School Administrators’ Association. Garden has led the school for the past four years and brings more than two decades of experience in education.
Mendon-Upton Superintendent Dr. Maureen Cohen praised Garden as a “thoughtful, child-centered leader” who understands what it takes to support student success. The recognition highlights her leadership and impact within the school community.
