Mendon-Upton Schools Receive Cybersecurity Program Grant

MENDON/UPTON – The Mendon-Upton Regional School District has been awarded a state-supported cybersecurity program aimed at strengthening digital protections.

While not a direct financial grant, the program provides software, training, and monitoring services valued at about $11,000. It is designed to improve cybersecurity awareness and resilience through staff education and simulated threat scenarios.

Roughly 300 employees will participate in the program, which will run through the end of the calendar year.
