WESTBOROUGH — A major housing development along Route 9 has received approval from the Westborough Planning Board.
The project will include two five-story buildings with a total of 388 residential units located near the intersection of Route 9 and Route 135 at Milk Street near Turnpike Road.
According to The Community Advocate, 15% of the units will be designated as affordable housing at varying income levels. Developers must still complete the state permitting process, but construction could begin as early as October with plans for the complex to be largely occupied by the end of 2030.
