HOPKINTON – Hopkinton Police have released their activity statistics for 2025, highlighting a busy year for the department. According to figures shared on the department’s social media, officers handled 20,027 calls for service over the course of the year, along with 417 motor vehicle accidents, 6,268 traffic enforcement actions, 365 arrests and court summons, and 4,965 directed patrols.
Police also released a breakdown of activity for the month of December. During that month alone, officers responded to 1,615 calls for service, investigated 53 motor vehicle accidents, conducted 587 traffic enforcements, made 35 arrests and court summons, and carried out 314 directed patrols.
