GRAFTON — Former food-waste recycling company Feedback Earth has agreed to pay a $250,000 settlement to the state following allegations of multiple health and environmental violations. Massachusetts Attorney General Andrea Joy Campbell says the company violated the Massachusetts Clean Air Act and the Massachusetts Solid Waste Disposal Act.

According to the Attorney General’s Office, Feedback Earth was accused of installing unauthorized machinery, producing unapproved feedstocks, and emitting nuisance odors at its facility on Creeper Hill Road. The alleged violations occurred from 2021 until the company ceased operations and closed in 2024.
