HOPEDALE – Hopedale is inviting developers to submit proposals for a major mixed-income housing project on roughly 30 acres of town-owned land at Mendon Street and Hill Street.
According to a Request for Proposals posted on the town’s website, officials are looking for a plan that delivers high-quality housing aligned with Hopedale’s long-term goals. Those goals include affordability, environmental sustainability, and the preservation of meaningful open space.
The RFP also specifies that the development should incorporate a track or athletic field as part of the site’s overall design.
Developers have until March to submit their proposals.
