This week’s New England Top Prospect Games served as a platform for top baseball talent to showcase their skills, and Uxbridge was well represented. Spartans standouts Willem Haker and Talen Rosborough both turned heads in their respective sessions, solidifying their status as top-level prospects. Rosborough, who was named a first-team SWCL All-Star following an outstanding season, impressed scouts and coaches with his power at the plate. During the showcase, he posted an exit velocity near 100 MPH, proving he can deliver elite contact. His strong showing adds to an already standout résumé.

Meanwhile, Willem stole the spotlight in Session Two of the event. He earned MVP honors after going 3-for-3 with a triple and driving in three runs. Haker’s ability to perform in big moments was on full display, building on a junior season where he emerged as Uxbridge’s top player following the graduation of senior leaders. Both Haker and Rosborough are expected to play key roles this summer for Northbridge Legion. Their performances this week only increase the anticipation for what they’ll accomplish next.
