A drone has helped police catch a carjacking suspect wanted by State Police in Hopkinton. It all unfolded Thursday night when Hopkinton Police were alerted that the suspect had hidden in a Hopkinton garage after ditching the car, which was stolen in Worcester, at the Mass Pike / 495 Exchange. Officers from Hopkinton, Westborough, and Southborough joined State Police in creating a perimeter and the Hopkinton and Westborough drone teams, along with State Police drones and K9’s, found the suspect, a man from Worcester, and got him into custody with no one hurt.
