By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – Hopkinton Police are warning about a frightening looking email scam that claims to have personal information about you and threatens to go public with it unless you send them cryptocurrency. Police say they investigate every case and so far, the perps are bluffing with no actual private information on you. Police remind you to never pay these people and to call police so they can track them down.
