By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – Norfolk County property sale prices for June were down from May but still higher than the same time last year. Register of Deeds William P. O’Donnell says for June, the average sale price of Norfolk County commercial and residential properties rose to about $1.15 million – an 8% drop from May but an 11% increase compared to June 2023. He says it is still a difficult market for buyers, especially first-time home buyers, due to the limited inventory of available property and the increase in prices over previous years.
